Located in the heart of Vienna, only a 5-minute walk from the Saint Stephen's Cathedral, Pension Suzanne offers units with antique furniture and free Wi-Fi. The family-run guest house is just a 1-minute walk from the Karlsplatz Underground Station (U1, U2, U4).
Each accommodation unit offers satellite TV and a bathroom with a bathtub and a hairdryer. Some rooms feature a flat-screen TV and the studios have a kitchenette.

There is a/c when it is hot in summer, and heating when it is cold in winter. Rooms may be booked at a rate including breakfast, or at a rate not including breakfast, in which case it may be paid extra at a rate of Euros 10,-- per person and day.
Hello Car parking? Is it free?
Dear guest there are two parking houses close by one at the rate of Euro 22,-- for 24 hours the other one at Euro 39,-- and there is one 700 Meters away at the rate of Euro 12,-- for 24 Hours. I remain with kindest regards Brigitte

Hello, if the room is not ready you can store the luggage with us. You take the public transport S7 train to Bahnhof Wien Mitte and then U4 to Karlsplatz and then walking distance 5 min to Pension Suzanne. Best regards, Michael

Breakfast time: 7:30-10:00, buffet breakfast. The reception is usually open till 10 pm, if you arrive later please let us know for late checkin

The "comfort double room" is a 1-room-apartment, where the 2 double beds are in one room. We also have a "family apartment", which has 3 rooms.
